Academy and its instructors are not liable for personal injuries. Every student is
responsible for informing the instructor of any physical limitations which may
prevent the student's full participation in the dance instruction.

Please make payment in full to register for summer dance camp. Registration
will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Refrigeration is available for
lunches brought from home. All classes will be held at the Sagamore studio
located at 116 State Road.
