Important:
Each student must have undergone a complete medical exam within the last year and not be
suffering from any physical conditions or diseases that may increase their chances for
injury. We need to know about emotional, physical or learning problems ahead of time so
that we can ensure your child a safer and happier experience.
Payments:
The monthly fees are based on a 10 month / 35 week season. The costumes for the recital
(held in June) are included with the exception of Hip Hop, Breakin/Poppin & Boy’s Classes.
Payments for props and any clothing needed for Hip Hop, Breakin/Poppin & Boy’s Classes,
Finale shirts, tights, nylons, etc. will be due by the end of March.
This fee is separate from the tuition.
To ensure the safety of the students:
PLEASE DRIVE SLOW in the PARKING LOT – CHILDREN ARE FREQUENTLY GOING IN &
OUT!
Please do not leave them unattended before or after class. Parents must be prompt when
picking up children.
ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE STUDIO OR THE WAITING ROOM.
Parents & Observers included. (water bottles are O.K.)
Please be considerate of others in the waiting room, no throwing objects or toys, no loud
games or toys. Thank you
General Dance Attire:
Students must be in proper dance attire to participate in class. This includes dance wear &
shoes. Students must wear a black or pink leotard with black , white or pink tights.
Students may wear dance shorts, pants and tanks in the same color code.
HipHop & Breakin Students: jazz or regular sneakers & comfortable street clothes that you
can dance in.
Monday Sagamore & Thursday Plymouth Ballet Class Only: black leotard & pink tights, black
ballet shorts or skirts and pink ballet slippers. Hair must be in a bun.
Also proper dance shoes must be worn for every class. (black jazz shoes, tan tap shoes,
pink ballet shoes) Boys: (black sweat pants, black or white tee shirt, black shoes). Students
must have hair pulled back. No jewelry is to be worn (Stud earrings will be allowed).
HipHop/Breakin & Fitness: NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO WITH STREET
SHOES! Please bring a different pair of sneakers to wear on the dance floor.
Observation Window & Cancellations:
The observation window will be open October - May on the first class of every month.
CLOSED Sept. & June
During observation day the secretary will be in to take your tuition payments and any orders.
Snow days will be made up during other class times, please see teacher for times available.
All cancellations will be on the website and on both studio phones. If the student is going to
be absent please email or call the studio. Missed classes may be made-up excluding
Holidays & Vacations. See the teacher for times.
Costumes/Tuition
Students will be measured for costumes & sizes will be taken for props the 1st week of
December.
Half of the June tuition will be paid with the January tuition.
The 2nd ½ of June will then be paid with the May tuition. No tuition due in June.
Costumes & Props will be issued to all in May when the year’s tuition has been paid in full.
We do not guarantee siblings will be in the same Show at the Recital.
Mandatory
Parents must be present the 1st week of May & June and Dress Rehearsal week to receive
important information.
If you have questions or comments concerning your child’s dancing and/or classes
please email the teacher via the website.
Oct.– April monthly notices will be emailed to you & posted @ the studios on the first day of
each month.
Both studios have a locked deposit slot in the desk for tuition payments, orders, comments &
concerns.
