Payments:
All payments are due on or before the 1st class of each month. A $10.00 late fee will be charged to all
accounts that are not paid in full by the end of each month. The monthly fees are based on 10 month / 35
weeks. The costumes for the recital (held in June) are included. Payments for props (Finale shirts, tights,
nylons, etc.) will be due by the end of March. This fee is separate from the tuition. Tuition payments is
required regardless of absences. If the student is going to be absent please call the studio. Missed
classes may be made-up excluding Holidays & Vacations. See the teacher for times.
To ensure the safety of the students:
- Please do not leave them unattended before or after class. Parents must be prompt when picking up
children.
- ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE STUDIO OR THE WAITING ROOM.
- Parents & Observers included. (water bottles are O.K.)
- Students must have hair pulled back. No jewelry is to be worn (Stud earrings will be allowed).
General Dance Attire:
Proper dance attire is required for each class. Students must wear a black or pink leotard with black ,white
or pink tights. Students may wear dance shorts, pants and tanks in the same color code.
Rebecca’s Ballet Class: black leotard / pink tights. Also proper dance shoes must be worn for every class.
(black jazz shoes, jazz boots or jazz sneakers, Tan tap shoes, white ballet shoes for pre-8-10, pink ballet
for 10 and up) Boys; (black sweat pants, black or white tee shirt, black shoes).
Observation Window & Cancellations:
The observation window will be open on the first class of every month (October to May). CLOSED Sept. &
June. During observation day the secretary will be in to take your tuition payments, shoe orders, etc....
- All returned checks will be subject to a $ 25.00 service charge and be repaid by cash or money order only.
- Snow days will be made up during other class times, please see teacher for times available.
Important: Each student must have undergone a complete medical exam within the last year and not be
suffering from any physical conditions or diseases that may increase their chances for injury. We need to
know about emotional, physical or learning problems ahead of time so that we can ensure your child a
safer and happier experience.
-Students will be measured for costumes the first week of December.
- We ask that half of the June tuition be paid with the January tuition. This is due to the increased amount
needed by the costume companies in advance.
- May tuition will then be May PLUS the 2nd ½ of June. No tuition in June.
- Batons are mandatory for Preschool age. All cancellations will be on the website and on both studio
phones.
- We do not guarantee siblings will be in the same show at the recital or on the same day.
Liability Disclaimer:
Dancing is a physical activity so injuries may occur. Center Stage Dance Academy & Instructors are not
liable for personal injuries. Every student is responsible for informing the Instructor of any physical
limitations which may prevent that students full participation in the dance instruction.
Student Costume Contract:
Annual recitals are held every June. Students are responsible for full payment of all costumes. Any student
who withdraws after December 31st will be responsible for remainder of costume payments.
Costumes & Props will be issued to all in MAY.
